By the way, this remedy not only improves eyesight, but also strengthens the whole body, thanks to a powerful medicinal plant that works both internally and externally to enhance overall health!

Back in the 1970s, when my mother was being treated at an eye clinic, she was lucky to meet a very observant doctor who shared this recipe with her.

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams of aloe juice
  • 500 grams of crushed walnut kernels
  • 300 grams of natural honey
  • Juice from 3–4 lemons

Mix everything thoroughly. Take 1 dessert spoon of the mixture three times a day, 30 minutes before meals, until you notice a visible improvement.

As mentioned, this remedy not only supports vision, but also boosts overall vitality.

Important!

The aloe plant must be at least 2–3 years old.

Cut off the large lower and middle leaves, leaving the top of the plant and a few upper leaves untouched. Wash the leaves with boiled water, remove the thorns, chop them finely, and extract the juice using a juicer or by squeezing through a double-layered gauze cloth.

One tip the doctor gave my mother:
Do not chop the freshly cut leaves right away. Instead, place them on a plate and refrigerate them for 10–12 days. Under cold conditions, “biogenic stimulators” form in the aloe cells — substances that stimulate cellular activity and regeneration.

After the refrigeration period, wash the leaves again and proceed with the juice extraction as described above.

Final Note:

While aloe juice is highly beneficial, it should not be consumed for extended periods. If bowel activity is slow, or if the intestinal lining is irritated, continued use could cause inflammation.

This natural and time-tested remedy has shown amazing results. It’s simple to prepare, yet so powerful — and it helped my mother regain not only her vision, but also her overall energy and wellness. Give it a try — and share it with your loved ones!
