My heels cracked so badly, I got scared…
I personally tried many remedies for foot fungus, but most only provided temporary relief. My heels would still crack terribly, sometimes to the point of tears. At the hospital, even the doctor said he suffered from the same problem. But one day, I stumbled upon a homemade remedy that finally solved it completely, and I want to share it with you.
Cracked Heel Healing Ointment – What You’ll Need:
- 1 full glass of sunflower oil
- 25 grams of beeswax
- 1 large onion
Instructions:
- Finely chop the onion and fry it in the sunflower oil until golden brown.
- Remove the onion and continue heating the oil.
- Add the beeswax and bring the mixture just to a boil again.
- Let it cool slightly and pour into a glass jar, making sure no solids remain.
Application:
- Soak your heels in hot water or steam them to soften the skin.
- Use a pumice stone to gently scrub the dead skin.
- Wash thoroughly with running water and dry completely.
- Apply the warm ointment generously to your heels.
I repeated this treatment daily, and the cracks disappeared very quickly.
Now, my heels are smooth and beautiful, and I’m truly amazed by the results.
But I never skip prevention: once a week, I still apply the ointment.
The best part? The ointment doesn’t expire!
Another Popular Folk Recipe for Cracked Heels:
- 100 grams of aspirin tablets (crushed)
- 100 grams of alcohol (spirit)
- 1 vial of iodine
Mix everything together and rub it into cracked heels.
Store the mixture in a dark, sealed container.
After regular use, your heels will be as soft as a baby’s skin.
Wishing you smooth, pain-free heels and happy feet!
