Modern lifestyle—lack of physical activity, poor eating habits, and more—has caused various health issues for people. These factors have turned osteochondrosis into a major medical problem of the 20th and 21st centuries.
Osteochondrosis is a spinal disorder that leads to deformation of vertebrae and ligaments, the formation of calcified growths, and the narrowing of intervertebral spaces.
How to Prepare a Rice-Based Remedy
Step 1
Bring 1 liter of water to a boil and let it cool. Add 4 tablespoons of rice, 3 tablespoons of sugar, and 5 black raisins. Mix thoroughly and leave the mixture to ferment for 4 days. In summer, 3 days may be enough due to the heat. After fermentation, strain the kvass and pour it into a bottle. Store it in the refrigerator.
Drink 150 ml of this kvass 3 to 4 times a day.
Do not discard the remaining ingredients after straining—they will be used for the next batch.
Step 2
Place the sediment from the first batch into a pot with 1 liter of water (boiled and cooled again). Add 3 tablespoons of rice, 3 tablespoons of sugar, and 3 raisins. Follow the same preparation process as in step one.
Step 3
Use the remaining sediment once again, but this time add 1.5 tablespoons of rice, 1.5 tablespoons of sugar, and 3 raisins.
Step 4
Prepare each subsequent batch in the same way as step three.
In total, the full course lasts for one month.
This natural rice kvass is believed to help remove salt deposits and ease joint discomfort caused by osteochondrosis.
