If you suffer from low blood pressure, chewing cloves may be more effective than coffee. It relieves headaches, fatigue, and dizziness commonly associated with hypotension. Drop a clove bud into a glass of water. A high-quality clove should either sink or float vertically with the bud facing upward. If it floats horizontally, the essential oils have evaporated, and the clove has lost its therapeutic properties.
