- 12 cloves of garlic
- 0.5 liters of quality red wine
Preparation:
Place peeled garlic cloves into a glass container and pour the red wine over them. It is best to use organic or homegrown garlic, or to purchase natural garlic from a local market, as supermarket varieties—especially imported ones like Chinese garlic—are often treated with chemicals and lack the same quality and health benefits.
