Ingredients:

  • 400 grams of flour
  • 250 grams of kefir
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Baking soda – 1 teaspoon

 




Preparation Instructions:

  1. Mix the salt and baking soda into the flour.
  2. Knead the mixture together with the kefir to form a dough.
  3. It’s recommended to rub your hands with vegetable oil so the dough doesn’t stick.
  4. After kneading, place the dough in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  5. Once chilled, divide the dough into 5 equal pieces. Roll each one out thinly and poke with a fork.
  6. Place the rolled dough onto a preheated pan and cook on medium heat until both sides are nicely browned.
