- 400 grams of flour
- 250 grams of kefir
- Salt – 1 teaspoon
- Baking soda – 1 teaspoon
Preparation Instructions:
- Mix the salt and baking soda into the flour.
- Knead the mixture together with the kefir to form a dough.
- It’s recommended to rub your hands with vegetable oil so the dough doesn’t stick.
- After kneading, place the dough in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
