This tasty and filling banana cake takes just a few minutes to prepare and is sure to bring joy to every member of the family.
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 100 g sugar
- 125 ml milk
- 125 ml oil
- A pinch of vanilla and salt
- 130 g flour
- 2 bananas
- ½ tsp baking powder
Instructions:
- First, in a bowl, combine the egg, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Beat well. Gradually add the milk and oil, then finally the flour and baking powder. Mix until smooth.
- Place a skillet over medium heat and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sugar onto the pan.
- Slice the bananas and arrange them evenly in the pan. Sprinkle another tablespoon of sugar over the bananas.
- Pour the prepared batter on top of the bananas. Cover the skillet with a lid and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
- Once the bottom is done, carefully transfer the cake to a plate, flip it, and return it to the skillet to cook the other side for a few more minutes.
