Psoriasis is a chronic non-infectious disease, a dermatosis, that mainly affects the skin. It is currently believed to have an autoimmune nature.
Usually, psoriasis appears as red, overly dry, raised spots on the skin surface—so-called papules, which merge and form patches. These papules are accompanied by chronic inflammation and excessive proliferation of skin lymphocytes, macrophages, and keratinocytes, as well as excessive angiogenesis (formation of new small capillaries).
Here is a recipe that will successfully help you in the treatment of psoriasis.
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of vorovand root
- 3.5 liters of water
Preparation:
Bring the water to a boil and add the root. Boil everything for 10–15 minutes, then remove from heat.
Consumption / Use:
Always drink the tea freshly prepared, preferably immediately after making it, three times a day.
Note that your diet should be as healthy as possible—eat as much fresh fruit and vegetables as you can!
If you have serious health issues or severe pain, it is recommended to consult a doctor. Self-treatment may not be safe for your health.
