Moles
Moles are clusters of nevus cells, also called melanocytes, typically caused by genetics or sun exposure.
Natural Remedies for Moles:
- Garlic: Protect the surrounding skin with tape, then place a piece of garlic on the mole and secure it with a bandage. Leave for 4 hours daily until the mole fades.
- Castor Oil and Baking Soda: Mix into a paste, apply to the mole, secure with a bandage, and leave overnight. Wash off in the morning. Repeat nightly until you see results.
- Apple Cider Vinegar: Soak a cotton pad in vinegar, apply to the mole, secure with a bandage, and leave for 8 hours. Repeat regularly.
Age Spots
These dark patches often appear on the hands, forearms, and face, caused by liver aging or sun exposure.
Natural Remedies for Age Spots:
- Lemon Juice: Soak a cotton pad in lemon juice and apply to dark spots. They will fade over time.
- Aloe Vera: Apply fresh aloe vera gel from the plant and leave it on for 30 minutes.
- Onion Juice: Dab onion juice on the spots using a cotton pad, leave for 10–15 minutes, and repeat daily for visible improvement.
Pore Cleansing
Excess oil can clog pores, making the skin rough and unattractive, and increasing the risk of infection.
- Steam Cleansing: Wash your face and hold it over steaming water with a towel over your head. Steam opens and cleanses the pores. Rinse with warm water and apply a bit of vinegar afterward.
- Sugar Scrub: Exfoliation helps clean pores and restore a healthy glow. Mix lemon and sugar into a paste, apply with a cotton pad, and rinse well. This will leave your skin smoother.
