Choose the right ingredients

Yes, you read that right! Fried eggs can be delicious this way too: if you heat the pan well with oil, pour in the egg, and immediately remove it from the heat. In just two minutes, you’ll get the perfect consistency of fried eggs — slightly runny and very tasty.
Egg tartalets
Mix 225g of flour with margarine and a pinch of salt. Gradually add 2 tablespoons of cold water and knead the dough. Make 4 balls from the dough, roll them out on a floured surface, and place them into special tartlet molds.
Fry sliced onion in oil and place it on the prepared tartlet bases.
Lightly beat the eggs, add salt, pepper, and grated cheese. Pour the mixture over the onions and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes.
