  • 40 fresh walnuts
  • 1 large jar or several small jars

Instructions:

  1. Wash and dry the walnuts. Then pierce them with a toothpick, fork, or knife.
  2. Do this for all the walnuts, place them in the jar, and add the honey.
  3. Leave the jar in a bright place for about 40 days without closing the lid. You can cover it with a single layer of gauze to prevent dust or anything from falling in.
  4. After 40 days, strain the mixture and pour the resulting liquid into a bottle.

How to use:

Consume 2 tablespoons of the mixture daily – one in the morning and one in the evening – until finished.
