- 280 grams of flour
- 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder
- 225 grams of margarine or butter
- 180 grams of sugar
- 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons of yogurt or egg-free mayonnaise
- Lemon zest
- 5 grated apples
Preparation:
- First, beat the butter and sugar together. While mixing, gradually add the mayonnaise, a pinch of vanilla, and flour mixed with the baking powder.
