Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 100 g sugar
  • 125 ml milk
  • 125 ml oil
  • A pinch of vanilla and salt
  • 130 g flour
  • 2 bananas
  • ½ tsp baking powder




Instructions:

  1. First, in a bowl, combine the egg, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Beat well. Gradually add the milk and oil, then finally the flour and baking powder. Mix until smooth.
